Returns & exchange

We truly hope you love and keep every piece you buy from us. Each item is thoughtfully created with care, and nothing makes us happier than knowing it’s found the perfect home.

However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you regarding approval of your return or exchange.
  • Incase of a defected item, the customer is eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship out your replacement as soon as the original item passes quality inspection and stock availability is confirmed.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per purchase after which further requests for refund or exchange will not be entertained.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be processed as a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

Cancellation

If a customer chooses to cancel their order before receiving the parcel, the request will be accepted subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, any cancellation will be treated as a return. Customers will not be refunded for return shipping costs. This will be deducted from the final invoice value.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment with 5-7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

Please note:

  • Items purchased on sale / discounted items / custom pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange.
